'Paid'
When your payment shows as "paid," it means we've successfully received your payment. This will include a breakdown of any additional fees or add-ons related to your membership.
'Pending'
If your payment is listed as "pending," it means we're currently in the process of collecting it. You might see this status 4 working days before your billing date, especially if you pay by direct debit.
'Failed'
If your payment shows as "failed," it means our attempt to collect your direct debit payment was unsuccessful. We'll make another attempt in 10 working days, and please note that a late payment fee will apply. If you pay by recurring card and your payment fails, your membership will be terminated immediately. You'll just need to re-join on the website or app to continue accessing the gym.
‘Other’
When your payment shows as ‘other’, it means our attempt to collect your recurring card payment was unsuccessful.
If your card payment doesn’t go through on your scheduled billing date, we’ll automatically reattempt to take payment up to 3 more times over the next 6 days.
If we’re unable to collect the payment on the final attempt, your membership will be cancelled immediately.
