How do I unfreeze my membership?

You can unfreeze your membership in the members area or app by selecting the unfreeze button. Just select ‘my membership’ and ‘unfreeze’. There is also an ‘unfreeze’ button on the homepage of your members area.


When you're ready to unfreeze, you will be asked to pay a pro-rata payment so you can use the gym again from that day. You may need to wait up to 20 minutes for your PIN to reactivate.
