Can I cancel or freeze my saver membership?

Cancelling

A saver membership is a contract with The Gym Group for a set period of time – therefore if you cancel your membership mid-way through your contract we are unable to provide you with a refund for the remaining time of your term, except if you cancel within the first 14 days of your term.

Freezing

As your membership is set for a specific period of time, saver members do not have the ability to freeze their membership.
