I've missed my recurring card payment, what should I do?

If your card payment doesn’t go through on your scheduled billing date, we’ll automatically reattempt to take payment up to 3 more times over the next 6 days. 


If we’re unable to collect the payment on the final attempt, your membership will be cancelled immediately. 


To avoid this, please make sure your card details are up to date and that there are sufficient funds available before your next payment collection date.
