We may need to shut your gym for planned maintenance or refurbishment, but we will always give you a heads-up beforehand and keep you updated on any changes.
We send out emails ahead of the closure, put up signs, and social media posts to keep you in the loop, and will send out a message again when we're back up and running.
In cases where we need to close unexpectedly or at short notice, we will also communicate this to you by email.
We will always do our best to make the closure as quick and seamless as possible and will aim to arrange access to an alternative gym during any disruption.
