Why have I received a warning email?

If you’ve received a warning email, it means there’s been a breach of The Gym Group’s rules or terms of membership. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members.


Your PIN may be suspended until you’ve spoken to the gym management team and during this time your payments will continue.  


To discuss the details of the warning and any next steps, please visit your home gym during staffed hours and speak directly with the General Manager, who will assist you.


Staffed hours are typically between 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday, but just a heads up, these hours may vary per gym.
