There are a few possible reasons why your monthly payments may have changed.
Joined with a discount
If you joined using a promotional offer, you’ll pay the discounted rate for the length of that promotion. When the offer ends, your payments will automatically move to the amount confirmed at the time you joined. You’ll find all the details clearly set out in your welcome email.
Recently purchased add-on
When you purchase an add-on, payments will be charged monthly alongside your regular membership fee and will continue each month until you cancel it.
You’re always in control — if you no longer need your add-on, you can cancel it at any time in the members area or in the app. This is available on Standard monthly membership only.
Recently changed membership type
If you’ve recently changed your membership type, your next payment may be higher or lower than usual, depending on the membership you’ve chosen.
Any changes you make will automatically update your monthly payments going forward.
Recently changed home gym
If you’ve recently changed your home gym, your new monthly payment will reflect the headline rate of your chosen gym.
Price increase
We periodically review our membership prices to reflect rising operational costs and continued investment in our gyms and equipment.
If any change is made to your monthly price, you’ll be notified at least 3 weeks in advance by email and can review the update before your next payment is taken.
Surcharge fee
Ultimate members or Standard membership with multi-gym add on can access all our gyms, but your home gym sets your membership price.
This means if your visits to additional gym(s) start to exceed your home gym usage, a surcharge could be applied if that gym is more expensive than your home gym.
We’ll notify you by email about your usage beforehand as you could incur a surcharge fee.
When making a change to your membership, please do so 5 working days before your next collection date to avoid being charged your regular monthly fee.
