Missed your Direct Debit
If your scheduled payment is unsuccessful, we’ll email you to let you know. We’ll then attempt to collect the payment again in 10 working days, which will include an additional £15 admin fee.
Made a change to your membership
If you change your membership plan or change your home gym, you may incur a £5 admin fee.
