I have a GymFlex membership and haven’t received my PIN

Your GymFlex details may have been sent to your work email or an alternative email address provided during registration.


PINs are issued on the 1st of the month for all GymFlex memberships.


If you’ve checked all inboxes (including junk or spam folders) and still haven’t received your PIN, please contact GymFlex.
