My guest's PIN isn't working, what do I do?

If your guest’s PIN isn’t working, check the guest pass was sent for the correct gym location — the PIN will only work at the gym it was issued for.


Heads up, PINs can take up to 20 minutes to activate, so please allow a little time before trying again.
