how do I change my membership type?

With our range of monthly memberships, you can switch to the option that suits you! 


To change your membership, just log in to the member's area, or app select ‘my membership’ and ‘change membership’. 


From there you’ll just need to follow the instructions. Heads up, there are additional fees to make this change and our fixed-term members do not have access to this feature.


Heads up, you will need to change your membership at least 4 working days before your next payment to ensure you are priced correctly for the next month. 


Good to know: If you've upgraded to Ultimate, your perks will become available right away! You may need to log out and back into the app though if you're having trouble seeing this at first.
