You will be able to freeze again from the date after your freeze ends. This will apply a rolling monthly freeze, reducing your monthly payments whilst frozen. The cost of the paid freeze is displayed in the freeze membership page
You can remove the freeze at any time, and you will be asked to pay a pro-rata portion of your monthly membership when you unfreeze so you can use the gym again straight away.
If you have recently made a payment or you do not freeze in time to stop your payment, not to worry, your next payment will be adjusted.
