Ultimate members benefit from 4 invites a month they can share with friends and family to bring along to the gym.
You can view and manage this in the Member Area and on the app. You just need to generate your QR code or share the link with your chosen guests. Your guests will then need to fill out their details and select the date they wish to visit.
Once the invite is issued, they’ll receive email confirmation and their own unique PIN to access the gym. They can even access the member's area and book a class!

How many guests can I invite?
You can invite up to 4 guests per month and the same member can be invited twice within the month.
Just a reminder, each Guest Pass is only valid for 1 calendar day.
Can multiple guests book a Guest Pass slot using the same booking link?
Yes! The same QR code or link can be used by Guests multiple times until you refresh this. Once you refresh the link, all previously shared links will expire.
Does my Guest need to visit the same gym location as me?
Your friend can select any of your added gyms.
Why is my Guest being asked to log in?
If your Guest was a previous member and has a gym PIN associated with their email address they will need to use this to log in and complete their Guest invite. If there is an active membership linked to their Email address, they will be unable to book a guest pass.
They can use the Forgotten PIN link if they're having trouble remembering this PIN.
